You are currently viewing documentation for CompuTec ProcessForce 3.0, which is a plugin installed and managed through CompuTec AppEngine 3.0, built on .NET 8.
If you are working with older environments, you may need the documentation for CompuTec ProcessForce 2.0, which is still supported: https://learn.computec.one/docs/processforce/2.0/.
Please note that CompuTec AppEngine 3.0 introduces a new architecture. All CompuTec components, including the CompuTec ProcessForce 3.0 plugin, must be updated together to ensure full compatibility.
Before starting your installation or upgrade process, we strongly recommend reviewing the CompuTec AppEngine 3.0 and CompuTec ProcessForce 3.0 documentation.
Settings Table_Schedule Type_Schedule Mode
Efficient maintenance scheduling is critical for ensuring the reliability and longevity of equipment. The Schedule Type and Schedule Mode settings determine how Maintenance Orders (MOs) are generated based on time, meter readings, or a combination of both.
This table outlines the different scheduling approaches:
| Time Based | Meter Based | Time & Meter Based (Exclude) Synchronization of modes | Time & Meter Based (Not Exclude) Lack of synchronization of modes | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed One active MO | Constant MO generation interval – Time Units | Constant MO generation interval – Meter Units | Variable MO generation interval – Time & Meter Units | Variable MO generation interval – Time & Meter Units |
| Variable One active MO | Variable MO generation interval – Time Units | Variable MO generation interval – Meter Units | Variable MO generation interval – Time & Meter Units | Variable MO generation interval – Time & Meter Units |
| Fixed (Duplicate) Many active MOs | Constant MO generation interval – Time Units | Constant MO generation interval – Meter Units | Variable MO generation interval – Time & Meter Units | Variable MO generation interval – Time & Meter Units |
