We recommend upgrading to CompuTec ProcessForce 3.0, which is a plugin installed and managed through CompuTec AppEngine 3.0, built on .NET 8.
However, please note that CompuTec AppEngine 3.0 has a different architecture, and all CompuTec components, including the CompuTec ProcessForce 3.0 plugin, need to be updated together to ensure full compatibility.
Before starting your installation or upgrade process, we strongly recommend reviewing the CompuTec AppEngine 3.0 and CompuTec ProcessForce 3.0 documentation.
Health Check
CompuTec ProcessForce Health Check is an option that can help diagnose some of the problems with CompuTec ProcessForce. The information in this form suggests a resolution to be performed by a User. It can also be a clue for a support team consultant. Therefore, sending results from this form to a support ticket is good.
Upper menu → Help → Support Desk → Health Check.
Example Health Check results:
The Health Check results table contains the following:
- Test Name - a description of tested validations.
- Type – it can be Error, Warning, or Information.
- Additional Information – usually contains a suggested solution.
- Documentation link – a documentation entry related to the problem.
- Object Type and Code.
